Salvation is by grace through faith

Good Morning!

He made Christ who knew no sin to [judicially] be sin on our behalf, so that in Him we would become the righteousness of God [that is, we would be made acceptable to Him and placed in a right relationship with Him by His gracious lovingkindness].  -2 Corinthians 5:21 AMP

By Jesus, who never sinned, graciously and willingly taking our sin upon Himself and dying and being the sacrifice on our behalf, we are the righteousness of God. Not only are we spared from what is rightfully our punishment, which would be gracious in itself, but we also become the righteousness of God! Do we remember the magnitude of that as we enter and live out each day? Do we live our lives in accordance of that truth? Do we hold God in the reverence and gratitude that He undoubtedly deserves? Like I mentioned the other day, we are but a speck in the universe, yet we were important enough for God to send His only Son to take on and live out the harshest of punishments so that we can live in righteousness. Go win the day in that truth! Be the church, be the light!

“Fight if you must on the path of righteousness and God will be with you.”  -Gandhi

“We cannot be wrong with man and right with God. The spirit of prayer is essentially the spirit of love. Intercession is simply love at prayer.”

Dad Joke of the Day:
I’ve never understood why I didn’t consider cottage cheese to really be “cheese.”

But it’s just a curd to me.

Have a great Monday!
