Good Morning!

Seek the Lord and His strength; Seek His face continually [longing to be in His presence].  -1 Chronicles 16:11 AMP

I love how it says to seek His strength, if we can truly rely on His strength it will make the difference in coping with something well or not so well. If we rely on His strength we can give the situation over to Him and let Him carry the load instead of weighing ourselves down with stress and worry. The other part of the verse says to seek His face continually. In order to seek His face we have to spend time in prayer, we have to set aside time in order to get to a place in our relationship with Jesus to be able to seek His face. Not setting time aside for Him makes it really hard to seek His face. How are we seeking His face? What will we change in our life to give us the space to seek Him deeply and to offload our anxiety and worry over to Him and letting Him carry it for us?
