Good Morning!

Jesus said to him, “I am the [only] Way [to God] and the [real] Truth and the [real] Life; no one comes to the Father but through Me. -John 14:6

No matter how many things we do right on our own strength, no matter how much we do in the world around us for good, there is still only one way to heaven and that is the through Jesus Christ. Doing good things on our own strength is great and making the world a better place on our own strength is good, the world is a better place because of it, but we will not get to heaven on that alone. If we do not have a personal relationship with Jesus we will fall short because we cannot earn our way into heaven. The awesome part is that once you have that personal relationship with Jesus, the fruit of that will produce all that other stuff. We don’t do works to earn our way to heaven, we do it because we love Jesus and want to continually pursue Him and further His Kingdom.
