Good Morning!
A happy heart is good medicine and a joyful mind causes healing, but a broken spirit dries up the bones. -Proverbs 17:22
How we view things determines our outlook. If we are always looking for the negative in life we will always be in a bad mood and experience very little joy. But if we choose to look at the positive, if we look for things to be thankful for, our outlook and mood will reflect it. I see it myself, if I have a day where I allow myself to be overwhelmed, my mood is less happy, my demeanor is less loving, my communication tends to be short and abrupt. But if I have a day where I force myself to look on the positive of things and to look at the big picture and not let the circumstances of the day get to me, I have a much better, fulfilling day and my communication is better. Consistently staying in communication with God naturally brings about a better day, He will help you with directing your thoughts. Your outlook determines your day.

Dad Joke of the Day:
They told me I’d never be good at poetry because I’m dyslexic.
But so far I’ve made 3 jugs and a vase and they’re lovely.
Have a great Friday!
