We can map out our lives but as we all know, life doesn’t always go as planned. If we can keep in mind that if we pursue God and submit ourselves to Him, He will direct our journey. Oftentimes it is just a matter of being patient and letting God work it out in His timing, because if we try to force the timing we often miss what God is wanting us to get out of it. Looking back and reflecting the steps that God has taken you through to get to where you are builds faith and trust, but if you focus on where you think you should be or deserve to be only breeds discontent. Pursue and trust God and He will take care of you.
