He who is careless in his work is a brother to him who destroys. -Proverbs 18:9
How do we view what we do as important? And how diligent are we in making sure we do it right? According to this verse if we are careless in what we do we are very closely related to the person that destroys stuff. If we go through life and pick and choose what we want to do carefully and right we tend to start blurring the lines at some point. But if we go through life and we try to do everything right from our line of work to being a good husband/wife, father/mother, brother/sister not only can we feel like we did the right thing but we are doing what we are called to do and our reputation will be one of respect and trustworthiness. God calls us to do our very best at all things good.
