Good Morning!
Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow [seed] nor reap [the harvest] nor gather [the crops] into barns, and yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them. Are you not worth much more than they? -Matthew 6:26
How often do we not fully trust that God will take care of us? How often do we hold part of ourselves back from going all in with God because part of us is afraid that He won’t actually be there for us? Like the verse above says, if He will take care of the birds of the air, another words if He is taking care of the small details of life that we overlook most days, won’t He also have our best interest in mind and take care of us? Sometimes taking care of us might not look like we think it looks like and I think that might be another reason why we tend to not go all in because of the unknown. One thing we have to keep in mind is that when the dust settles and we look back at how everything played out, God’s way is 100% better than the way we thought it should have played out. We see later that He takes care of details that we didn’t even know existed. Let’s be encouraged today to go all in and know that God’s got us.
“God isn’t asking you to figure it out. He’s asking you to trust that He already has.”
“Have patience, God isn’t finished yet.”
Dad Joke of the Day:
Being an adult is pretty easy. You just feel tired all the time and tell people about how tired you are and they tell you how tired they are.
Have a great Monday!
