Bring a Sacrifice of Praise

Good Morning!

Through Him, therefore, let us at all times offer up to God a sacrifice of praise, which is the fruit of lips that thankfully acknowledge and confess and glorify His name.  -Hebrews 13:15

Through Jesus we are to offer up to God praises, acknowledgements, and glory that we confess with our lips. I take that to mean that we should verbally, out loud, acknowledge        God. Too many times we don’t acknowledge God, but every day He provides for us, He protects us, He blesses us, and He loves us mercilessly. The world wants us to believe that God doesn’t exist, that we do everything on our own and by chance we either get lucky or unlucky, but God is evident in the simplest things if we open our eyes to see it. When I interact with a person that puts their all into their faith in Jesus, their attitude is contagious and evidence of something pure, something deep, something outside of themselves is evident in them. That is something you will never achieve outside of a relationship with God. When we acknowledge God out loud we force ourselves to hear the truth and it changes our thinking, it changes our relationship with God, and it moves us towards that contagious faith.

“Praise God and you will see how He protects you in every minute of the day.”

“Praise God even when you don’t understand. He’s always faithful; His plans are sure.”
