Jeremiah 31:25

For I [fully] satisfy the weary soul, and I replenish every languishing and sorrowful person.  -Jeremiah 31:25

There are times in life that everything seems to weigh on us. Maybe its our job combined with something personal going on combined with busyness of kids in sports combined with trying to stay healthy, combined with world events, combined with…. well, you get the picture. Enough of those things for a long enough time creates weariness, and if we are trying to do it all on our own we will eventually get crushed by it. We will get to a point where we just want to give up all together. The good news is that we don’t have to do it alone, God is there ready to help. The above verse says He will satisfy the weary soul and replenish the struggling. Don’t let life get to you, God wants to carry your burden and is just waiting for you to hand it off to Him.

“When it seems like there’s no one who understands what you’re going through, God is with you.”  -Tracie Braylock

“God’s grace is the oil that fills the lamp of our soul, allowing us to shine brightly in a world that desperately needs light.”
